Breastfeeding Support Group Have you ever heard the phrase, “Breastfeeding is Natural”? In reality, breastfeeding is a learned art. Sore nipples, confusion reading the baby’s feeding cues, how often to nurse- and for how long, when to sleep- these are all natural new mom questions. ALL new mothers face challenges, and your questions and feelings are more than likely shared by other new moms, as well. You don’t have to do this all alone; Parenting is a journey, come on in, because we CAN help make it easier for you! Our relaxed meeting environment will allow you to ask all of your breastfeeding and new mom questions. Bring your baby, (We have the nursing pillows, and rocking chairs). Hope to see you soon! ___________________________________________________________________________________ Postpartum Support Group "MAMA Care" (Birth to 3 Months) While you imagined what life would be like with this wonderful addition to your new family, you may not have anticipated just how overwhelming the role of a mother could be. While it is often difficult for a new mother to recognize her needs and feelings, every mother must give herself permission to ask for help. This postpartum support group provides a safe and supportive environment for new moms like you to share and discuss fears, concerns, anxieties as well as joys and triumphs all associated with motherhood. Come as you are and find the support and encouragement you deserve to be the best mom you can be!
